Mercy Health – Urbana Hospital participates in the Telestroke program with Ohio State University, which connects our Physicians Center with stroke experts at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. This state-of-the-art program uses advanced video equipment in your hospital’s emergency room to contact the stroke experts at Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center. Together, your health care team and Ohio State’s stroke experts work to give you and your family the best stroke treatment available.
