ATTENTION ANTHEM OHIO MEDICAID PATIENTS:
Effective July 1, our Mercy Health providers and facilities are now considered out-of-network for patients with Anthem Ohio Managed Medicaid insurance

Effective July 1, patients who are still on Anthem's Managed Medicaid health plan, and have not switched to a new plan, no longer have access to Mercy Health providers and facilities, unless Anthem has authorized Continuity of Care for them. Impacted patients are encouraged to switch to a new health plan now in order to continue to have access to their Mercy Health doctors.
