Salary

• PGY1: $69,407.00
• PGY2: $72,019.00

Paid Time Off

Each resident receives four weeks of paid time off per academic year, inclusive of vacation, sick days, and designated interview time for PGY-3 residents.

Academic and Educational Support

Residents receive a $2,500 taxable academic stipend at the beginning of each postgraduate year to support continuing education, conferences, and other approved educational expenses.

Residents also receive:

• American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) membership
• NRP and PALS certification
• Lab coats — two during the first academic year and one annually thereafter
• Access to the medical library and electronic medical literature
• Educational resources and conference support in accordance with program and institutional policies

Additional Benefits

• Relocation allowance: $1,000, subject to applicable tax laws and hospital policy
• Meal allowance: $2,000 annually, added to salary and paid over 26 pay periods
